What Will You Learn?
In this course, you will learn the fundamental concepts and skills in mathematics, building on the mathematical knowledge, understanding, and skills that you have developed during Semester 1. This includes reasoning, problem-solving, abstract thinking, algebraic use, manipulation, and communicating mathematical ideas. You will also learn to use technology to do mathematical modelling, graphing, and statistical analysis. The following topics will be covered in this subject:
- Growth and Decay
- Introduction to Differential Calculus
- Counting and Statistics
