This professional learning course is organised in four modules to support an iterative growing of knowledge and implementation of the RbLT pedagogical framework. The modules focus on the following:
- Research findings and "The profile"
- Learning how to collect and use evidence to support teachers
- Learning a coaching practice to develop expert teachers
- Creating systems to spread the practices.
