This course is for students who want to:
- extend their mathematical skills in ways that apply to practical problem-solving in everyday and workplace contexts
- Have successfully completed 1MEM10A, 1MEM10B, 1MEM10C or 1MEM20A at a C grade or higher
- Intend to do Stage 2 Essential Mathematics in the future
What Do You Need?
- Graphic calculator (non-negotiable, the course uses the Casio fx CG-50, although any brand is acceptable but the student is expected to learn how to use their calculator)
- Access to a printer and scanner
- Ruler
- Protractor
- Compass
- Notebook
