What will you learn?
In this course you will explore the participation in and performance of a variety of physical activities. This course is experiential and will involve you exploring your own physical capacities and investigating factors that influence and improve your participation and performance outcomes.
You will re visit the study of human physical activity exploring new topics such as coaching, fitness and overcoming barriers that prevent people from participating in physical activity. You will develop your skills in communication, investigation, and build on your ability to apply this knowledge to practical situations.
Who is this course for?
This course is for students who wish to:
- Develop knowledge of Physical Education concepts
- Challenge their understanding of Coaching and all its challenges in the 21st century.
- Develop and improve Coaching techniques to be used for individuals and communities.
What do you need?
- Access to a computer and the internet
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
