In this course, you will learn how to create professional, text-based digital publications using modern design tools such as Adobe Express and Canva. 
You will build practical skills in:

  • Typing and data input accuracy

  • Designing visual publications such as event invitations and menus

  • Applying CRAP design principles, text hierarchy, and layout techniques

  • Communicating clearly using digital tools

  • Researching social and ethical issues related to generative AI and modern digital technologies

Who Is This Course For?

This course is for students who want to:

  • Build practical digital publishing and design skills

  • Learn how to create visually effective documents for school, work, or personal use

  • Explore ethical and responsible digital citizenship

  • Improve their confidence using digital tools for communication

No advanced design experience is needed.


What Do You Need?

  • Microsoft Office (You can use either the online version or the desktop version).
  • Basic computer skills (e.g Navigating websites, saving files, typing).

All software used is free and browser-based. No downloads required.
