This course Working in Teams in schools in the Northern Territory is based on the work of Beth Graham Working in teams in Indigenous schools in the NT, 1999. The approach adopted in this course recognizes that people who work in teams in schools in the NT must be able to communicate effectively about school and educational issues.
The Working in Teams module introduces the concept of team teaching. It is the first module of a suite of four modules:
- Working in Teams
- Learning Together
- Planning Together
- Teaching Together
to enable teams in schools to work together and communicate more effectively with each other to improve educational outcomes for all students.
