Most educators who teach in remote NT schools work in teams. There are different kinds of teams and members of teams have different roles and responsibilities. Working in Teams (WiT) builds stronger working relationships between team members and creates a classroom environment that promotes effective learning outcomes for
students. Teams build stronger working relationship as they continue to get to know each other through learning each other’s cultural and professional knowledge and skills.

Planning Together is the third of four modules that makes up the ‘Working in Teams’ (WiT) course. The module should be delivered to teaching teams so participants have the opportunity to collaborate and support each other.
